If you were anywhere in the SLC Valley yesterday, you probably didn’t expect an Oquirrh Mountain LDS Temple Wedding Highlight Film to end up like this. On our qay to the Temple the skies were completely black on the west side of the valley. You could see the rain just pouring down but once they came out of the Temple, it only rained a tiny bit and then it cleared up and made for an incredible day of pictures and video. I absolutely loved filming Melissa & Chris, they are so much in love and seeing the way they just looked at each other made my job easy. At the reception, I found out that Chris and his friends took video of themselves singing “Best day of my life” (the same song used in this video) while they were driving to the Temple. It was EPIC!! And then while we were filming at the Temple, Melissa & Chris broke out a few times in song and dance. Love these guys!! Rochelle was the photographer and she had already done their bridal and engagement pictures and had warned me how awesome they were. I think Chris is in the running to get Groom of the Year. He even played the guitar and sang a song to Melissa at the reception – I’ll just say he isn’t the best singer I’ve heard – but, everyone loved it. The reception was at Magnolia Grove, which is always a great place for your wedding or event. Congratulations Melissa & Chris, you made your Oquirrh Mountain LDS Temple Wedding Highlight Film perfect!!
